Two sea-view offices at Wing On Plaza hit market for combined $116m

The portfolio is being sold with existing tenancies. 

Two sea-view office offerings at Wing On Plaza in Tsim Sha Tsui East have been put up for sale for a combined indicative price of $116m. 

Unit 305 on the third floor is priced at $28m with a gross floor area (GFA) of about 1,749 sq ft, according to CBRE, the properties’ sole sales agent.

Units 811 to 814 on the eighth floor have a combined GFA of about 5,544 sq ft and an indicative price of $88m. 

Derek Li, senior manager of capital markets at CBRE Hong Kong, said the indicative prices work out to about $15,800 to $16,000 per sq ft. 

“Sea-view office units in Tsim Sha Tsui East are rarely available for sale in the market,” Li said.
