Two floors at Lyndhurst Tower for sale

The floors total approximately 8,010 square feet of space.

Two entire floors of premium office space in Central, Hong Kong are being sold for an undisclosed amount, commercial real estate firm CBRE announced.

The offering comprises the 17th and 18th floors of 1 Lyndhurst Tower, located at 1 Lyndhurst Street, Central.

Each floor offers approximately 4,000 square feet of gross floor area, with the combined property covering approximately 8,010 square feet.

The sale is on an "as is" basis, with a portion of the space being sold with existing tenancy agreements while the remainder is vacant.

"Office buildings in Central are always popular among end-users and investors. Given its convenient location of 1 Lyndhurst Tower and the amenities in the neighborhood, the subject property has a competitive advantage and since the asking price is close to the market value, we expect this will draw end users’ attention,” he added.
