Tsim Sha Tsui commercial site up for sale for $88m

The property is a corner site, spanning 1,410 square feet.

A commercial site at No. 20 Kimberley Street, Tsim Sha Tsui is up for sale for $88m, according to CBRE.

The property is a corner site of 1,410 square feet, with a maximum commercial development potential of 6,920 sq. ft. It is also just a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit B2.

The site will be sold on an ‘as-is’ basis with vacant possession by Private Treaty.

“Another potential opportunity is to combine the site with the neighbouring lot, No. 18 Kimberley Street, to form an amalgamated site of 2,810 sq. ft., providing a commercial development potential of approximately 33,720 sq. ft.,” Frederick Lai, senior director for capital markets at CBRE Hong Kong, said.
