CBRE says it could be redeveloped into a boutique hotel or office tower.
A single-owner, four-storey building at 14A Cameron Road in Tsim Sha Tsui is up for sale at an asking price of $93.68m, according to marketing agent CBRE.
The property occupies a site area of approximately 1,243 square feet (sq ft) and has a gross floor area of approximately 3,812 sq ft. All four floors are currently fully leased.
It is zoned Commercial (6) under the approved Tsim Sha Tsui Outline Zoning Plan, with a maximum plot ratio of 12 times and a maximum building height of 130 metres above Principal Datum.
CBRE said the site could be redeveloped into a boutique hotel, a Ginza-style commercial building, an office tower, or other commercial developments.
The adjoining property at 14B Cameron Road is also under single ownership, with a site area of approximately 1,241 sq ft.
Should the two sites be assembled for redevelopment, the combined area would increase to approximately 2,484 sq ft, the firm added.
The building is located near major commercial landmarks including Mira Place, K11 Art Mall, and The ONE, and is within walking distance from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station.
