Three Harbourfront Landmark commercial floors up for sale

The floors have a combined GFA of 73,820 sq ft.

Three storeys of commercial space at Harbourfront Landmark in Hung Hom have been put up for sale with existing tenancies.

All three are designated for non-residential commercial use and are fully renovated. They are currently leased to an international education institution under a long-term tenancy.

The property comprises the entire third, fifth, and sixth floors at 11 Wan Hoi Street, with a combined gross floor area of about 73,820 sq ft.

The third floor spans approximately 18,520 sq ft, whilst the fifth and sixth floors measure about 28,030 sq ft and 27,270 sq ft, respectively.

The sale also includes exclusive use of three basement car park spaces, two lorry loading and unloading bays on the lower first floor, and four loading and unloading bays on the upper first floor.

Colliers and Savills were appointed by the receiver as joint lead agents for the sale, which is being conducted by invitation for offers.

Offers must be submitted by noon on 3 September.
