Strata office floors at Viva Place launched from $7,000 psf

A collection of strata-titled office floors at Viva Place, a newly completed Grade A commercial tower in Wong Chuk Hang, has been launched for sale, with prices starting from approximately $7,000 per square foot, according to its sole agent CBRE.
