Stone Rise, a retail development at No. 200-202 Nathan Road, Kowloon, has been opened for lease.

CBRE, the property\s sole leasing agency, said rents in the building will start from HK$40 per sq. ft

The asset set for completion in 2Q24 will have 17 stories offering spacious floor areas ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 sq. ft., plus access to a rooftop garden and flat roof from certain floors. 

Its spaces have high floor loading and a ceiling height of 4.8 meters.

CBRE said the property is ideal for services like dining, medical & healthcare, wellness and lifestyle. 

The building also has purpose-built MRI floors, rooftop access and sliding doors.
