Second round of sales at 33 Kennedy Road announced

A total of 25 units were sold in the initial sales round.

A residential project by The Development Studio and Fu Hop Investment at 33 Kennedy Road has recorded 25 transactions in the first round of sales, and a second batch of 36 units will go on the market under Price List No. 2.

The release includes 12 one-bedroom units (360 sq ft), 12 two-bedroom units (663 sq ft) and 12 three-bedroom units (1,033 sq ft).

The lowest-priced unit in this round is a 360-sq-ft one-bedroom flat on the first floor, offered at $8.1m, or about $22,550 per sq ft.

The sale will begin on 22 August at One Taikoo Place, with opening hours from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

From 25 August, transactions will continue on weekdays, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. at Baskerville House in Central.

The 22 August sale will be split into two groups: Group A (A1 to A3), prioritising bulk buyers and purchasers of three-bedroom units, and Group B, open to buyers of a single unit.

Interested buyers must register by 6 p.m. on 20 August.
