Retail shops, commercial floor in Kam Ho Mansion for sale

The deadline for the submission of the expression of interest is on 18 October at 12 pm.

A basket of retail shops and a commercial floor in Kam Ho Mansion in Central Soho Districts are for sale though expression of interest which will close at 12 pm on 18 October.

In a statement, CBRE Hong Kong said the property for sale at Nos. 159 to 163 Hollywood Road includes units on three levels with a total gross area of around 7,300 square feet.

The retail property, which is accessible from Hollywood Road, Ladder Street and Upper Lascar Row offers three- street-wide shop frontages and over three metres ceiling height.

It is suitable for those looking at opening art galleries, cultural exhibition spaces, and trendy hot spots as it was occupied by Japanese and French restaurants and an art gallery on the first floor.
