Residential building in Tuen Mun nears tender closing

The 47,017 sq. ft. site will no longer display after 8 August.

The tender for Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 569 at Hoi Chu Road with a site area of 47,017 sq. ft. will close on 8 August, said an Executive Director of CBRE Hong Kong.

With a maximum developable gross floor area of 282,100 sq. ft., the building can support 525 residential units.

Located in Tuen Mun, New Territories, the building is walkable distance to the future South Tuen Mun Extension MTR line expected to complete around 2030/31.

Newly completed private residential project in Tuen Mun has a price of $13,000 to $23,000 per sq. ft. since 2025, with an average close to $17,000 per sq. ft.
