A redevelopment site at 18–20 Yuet Yuen Street in North Point has been offered for sale by private treaty, according to its sole agent CBRE.

The property spans approximately 1,618 sq ft and is zoned for commercial and residential use.

The existing building has been demolished, allowing the purchaser to begin planning and construction after completing the acquisition.

Potential uses include residential units, offices, a boutique commercial building or a hotel. The hotel option could also accommodate student housing operations.

The site is about a six-minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR station and two minutes from bus and tram stops along King’s Road.

It is also near State Theatre by K11 and the Worfu shopping mall.
