A property with a total gross area of 9,100 sq. ft in Sham Shui Po was opened for public tender, with an estimated price of $75m or $8,242 per sq. ft

According to agents Colliers and CBRE, 156 to 158 Nam Cheong Street, Sham Shui Po consists of six storeys, with the ground floor designated for retail use, the first floor for office use, and the second to fifth floors are residential, offering a total of 37 units.

The sale will be by way of public tender and will close on 10 December 2025.

The property is offered for sale with existing tenancies, generating a monthly rental income of over $300,000, with a yield of approximately 5%, the agents said.
