Lands Department awarded the tender for New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6675 at Choi Ha Road, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon to Maxjet Company Limited, whose parent company is China Overseas Land & Investment Limited.
The site was awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,806,880,000.
Eight other tenderers were listed in alphabetical order, including entities linked to Henderson Land, Sino Land, and Great Eagle, Kerry Properties, CK Asset, Sun Hung Kai Properties, K. Wah, and Wheelock Properties, and one tenderer with an unnamed parent company.
The site area is about 3,132 sqm, and it is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel, and petrol filling station uses.
Minimum gross floor area is 16,913 sqm, whilst the maximum gross floor area for private residential use is 23,490 sq m, with the maximum for other permitted non-industrial uses to be calculated under the sale conditions.
