Kwai Chung workshop offered at $60m after 32% price cut
The drive-in workshop offers immediate occupation with EV charging.
A drive-in automotive workshop in Kwai Chung has been put up for private sale after the owner cut the indicative asking price by 32% to $60m.
CBRE, acting as the sole and preferred agent, is offering the first floor of Wo Yi Plaza at 26–30 Wo Yi Hop Road, Kwai Chung, a fully fitted property suitable for immediate occupation.
The workshop has an approximate gross floor area of 28,595 square feet (sq ft) and is currently occupied as an automotive service workshop. The revised asking price equates to about $2,098 per sq ft.
The workshop provides direct vehicle access, allowing cars to enter the premises for servicing. It has an approximate ceiling height of 4.3 metres and includes office space, electric vehicle charging facilities, and a designated car washing area.
CBRE said the premises may suit automotive distributors establishing after-sales service centres or repair operators seeking larger facilities.
Reeves Yan, Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Hong Kong, said the region's registered vehicle population increased from about 640,000 in 2010 to around 799,000 in 2025.
"In recent years, mainland automotive brands have actively expanded into Hong Kong, capturing increasing market share. The 2025 sales rankings already reflect growing local support for these brands, and competition is expected to become more diverse," Yan said.
He added the property could support automotive retailers seeking to establish after-sales service operations in Hong Kong.
