Total site area is at 19,725 sqft.

Buildings at Whampoa Street and Baker Street in Kowloon will be publicly auctioned for a reserve price of $2.14b, JLL announced.

The properties occupy a total site area of 19,725 sqft and can be redeveloped to provide a total attributable floor area of approximately 177,525 sqft.

JLL was appointed as the auctioneer of the sites, pursuant to an order for sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the land ordinance (compulsory sale for redevelopment).

The auction will be held on 17 September at JLL’s office on One Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
