Kennedy Townproperty for sale via public tender

The 2,260-square-meter site is for non-industrial purposes only.

A property in Kennedy Town would be up for sale under the government's Land Sale Programme by public tender from 19 May.

The Lands Department designated the 2,260-square-metre Inland Lot No. 9094 at the junction of Sai Ning Street and Victoria Road for non-industrial purposes excluding private residential, godown, hotel, and petrol filling stations.

The site has a 13,560-square-metre minimum gross floor area and a 22,600-square-metre maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes.

According to the site's Condition of the Sale, the buyer must construct a public transport terminus and toilet.

The tender invitation for the site will close on 30 June.
