Kennedy town site to be sold via public tender

The property was assigned for non-industrial purposes.

The Lands Department declared that the Kennedy Town site in the 2022 to 2023 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender.

In a statement, the Inland Lot No. 9069 at Sai Ning Street and Victoria Road is assigned for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel, and petrol filling station.

The property has a site area of about 537 square metres with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 2,578 square metres and 4,296 square metres.

Bidding invitations for the lot will open on 7 October and end on 4 November.
