K11 Art Mall posts highest-ever traffic and full occupancy

Sales from anime and collectible toy retailers rose by more than 65% YoY.

K11 Art Mall recorded its highest-ever footfall and maintained a 100% occupancy rate for the fiscal year ending June 2025.

The museum-retail complex attributed its performance to a continued focus on youth-centric retail, particularly amongst Gen Z consumers.

Sales from anime and collectible toy retailers rose by more than 65% YoY, whilst major sports and fashion brands posted growth of around 40% over the same period.

The mall's management highlighted strong demand for pop culture merchandise, cross-brand collaborations, and limited-time experiences as key drivers of traffic and sales.
