Hongkong Land signs North Rock for full floor at York House
The space was handed over on 2 March.
Hongkong Land announced that North Rock Capital Management (HK) Limited, a subsidiary of North Rock Capital Management, LLC, has relocated to York House in Central, Hong Kong, taking a full floor.
The space was handed over on 2 March 2026.
“We are excited to embark on the next stage of our growth in Hong Kong and across Asia by moving into York House,” said Simon Chow, managing director and head of Asian Research at North Rock.
Hongkong Land added that, as of 30 June 2025, banks and other financial services firms made up 42% of tenants in its Central office portfolio, the largest share amongst tenant groups.
