Revenue fell to $4.96b (US$632.7m) from $5.89b (US$751.2m).

Hongkong Land’s profit attributable to shareholders rose to $10.2b (US$1.3b) in the first half of 2026, from $1.73b (US$220.9m) a year earlier.

Underlying profit attributable to shareholders, which excludes non-trading items, increased 11% to $2.03b (US$259.1m) from $1.83b (US$232.9m).

The group said the improvement was due to lower net financing charges following capital recycling.
