Harneys signs eight-year lease in Hongkong Land tower

Harneys is also a returning tenant.

Hongkong Land announced Harneys’ return to its portfolio of ultra-premium Grade A offices in Central, Hong Kong.

Harneys has signed an eight-year leasing agreement to take up 11,048 sq. ft. on the 14th floor of Alexandra House in Hongkong Land’s LANDMARK portfolio.

The firm will move into the space in February 2026.

Harneys is a returning tenant, having been previously based at Hongkong Land’s Exchange Square for several years.

“This new agreement shows the continued flight to quality trend we see in the market, with tenants making quality and location their biggest priority,” Neil Anderson, Director and Head of Office, Hong Kong, Commercial Property, Hongkong Land, said in a press release.

“Hongkong Land’s interconnected ecosystem provides Harneys and all our tenants in Central with seamless access to one of the world’s leading financial centres,” Anderson added.

Harneys also appointed leading Hong Kong-based design consultancy firm Envisione on the fit-out of their new office.

The office concept showcases a modern and dynamic workspace that aims to improve team integration.

Additionally, the new office space incorporates dedicated break-out areas, soundproof phone booths, a work café and meeting rooms with state-of-the-art technology for presentations and video calls.
