Located on No. 88 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, the site area is approximately 4,518 square feet (sqft) with a total gross floor area of 90,199 sqft.

The property is being sold on an "as-is" basis. The EOI deadline is 12NN on 20 September 2023, Wednesday.

88WL is situated in the commercial district of Hong Kong. It has easy access to the Sheung Wan MTR station and is only a 3-minute ride to Central; 11-minute ride to the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station; and within 30 minutes to reach both the Hong Kong International Airport and the Shenzhen Bay Port.

CBRE has been appointed the sole agent by the vendor for the sale of the property.
