Gov't opens tender for fee-paying Queensway car park license

The Government Property Agency (GPA) is inviting tenders for a three-year licence to operate a fee-paying public car park at the Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway. 

The car park includes portions of the ground floor and lower ground levels 1 to 4.

Tender documents are available at the GPA, 9/F, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 


Prospective tenderers are encouraged to arrange a site inspection by making an appointment with the GPA on or before 5 June by calling 3842 6775.

The agency also reminded that tenders must be submitted to the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, by noon on 18 June. Late submissions will not be accepted.
