Gov’t extends rental concessions on its properties, short-term tenancies

The extension will benefit 24,000 tenants.

The government said it will extend the 75% rental or fee concessions to its properties, and short-term tenancies until 31 December to benefit 24,000 tenants.

Granting of waivers has likewise been extended, which means that until 31 December, tenants who have tenants who have to close their properties at the government's request will continue to receive a full rental waiver during the closure.
