Golden Wheel Plaza up for sale via public tender

The tender for the 25-storey building will end on 31 October at 12 noon.

Golden Wheel Plaza, an en-bloc building at 68 Electric Road in Tin Hau, is up for sale through a public tender which closes on 31 October at 12 noon.

In a statement, Colliers said that the 25-storey building has a site area of around 3,465 square feet (sq ft), with a total floor area of 51,971 sq ft.

Each floor has a built-up area ranging from 1,808 sq ft to 2,603 sq ft.

The majority of the tenants of the building are mainly restaurants, including a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Its ground floor, meanwhile, is occupied by Mannings.

Colliers said each unit occupies an entire floor which makes it suitable for high-end restaurants, retail stores, private clubs, and beauty and medical industries, amongst others.

The property is also located within a two-minute walk from the Tin Hau MTR Station, and is a 10-minute walk to the shopping district Causeway Bay.
