Thomas Chak, head of capital Markets & Investment Services at Colliers Hong Kong, also emphasised the property’s unique position within a traditional Grade A office district that has also attracted multiple mainland companies.

“Due to its advantageous geographical location, it is highly favoured by end users,” he said.

He anticipate heightened demand for the rare vacancy, especially following the recent policy updates aimed at attracting Mainland investments through schemes such as the ‘New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme’ and the ‘Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals.’
