Commercial, residential properties worth $550m up for sale

The properties are up for public tender until 5 July at noon.

Three residential and commercial properties in Central, Sai Ying Pun, and Ma Tau Kok are on sale for over $550m, real estate agency, JLL, said.

According to JLL, the properties, namely, Winning House, and residential buildings in No. 38 Centre Street, and in No. 73 Tam Kung Road, Kowloon,  are up for public tender until 5 July at noon.
 
Winning House, located at Nos. 26 and 28 Hollywood Road,is a six-storey composite building with over 7,828 square feet of salable area. It has two shops on the ground floor, six office units on the first to third floor and four residential units on the fourth to fifth floor. 
 
The second property at No. 38 Centre Street is a six-storey half block residential building with a retail shop on the ground floor. It also has a saleable area of 3,291 square feet.

At No. 73 Tam Kung Road, Kowloon, the eight-storey half block residential building has a salable area of 4,810 square feet, with a retail shop on the ground floor.
 
“All three properties will be sold on an "as-is" basis and subject to existing tenancies and/ or licences. The bidders are welcome to submit bids for any of the three properties or all properties,” JLL also noted.
