Class B site on Castle Peak Road up for sale via tender

The tender for the site closes on 27 March.

The site covering No. 646, 648, and 648A Castle Peak Road in Lai Chi Hook, Kowloon, has been put up for sale by public tender.

CBRE, the property's marketing agent, said the tender for the site will close on 27 March at noon.

The site spans approximately 9,205 sq ft and is considered a large class B site with a single frontage.

The site, formerly known as the Fung Wah Factory Building, will be redeveloped into a 27-storey new industrial building with a total floor area of approximately 132,600 sq ft, 14.4x the original site area.
