Christie’s International Real Estate expands into Hong Kong
The new venture will be led by Hong Kong native Samson Law.
Global luxury real estate network Christie’s International Real Estate has expanded its presence in East Asia with the launch of Christie’s International Real Estate Hong Kong.
Hong Kong is the hub of operations for Christie’s in Asia Pacific accounting for $5.6b (US$725m) in auction sales last 2024 which reflected 26% of the auction house’s worldwide total.
The new venture will be led by Hong Kong native Samson Law, whose background includes founding several boutique real estate firms, including online property search pioneer HongKongHomes.com.
Law will manage a team of 10 agents based in Hong Kong’s Admiralty district and plans to double its agent count within the year.
The firm’s agents and clients will benefit from the group’s global network, which has affiliates in 50 countries and territories and will have exclusive marketing partnerships with Christie’s.
