CBRE named sole agent for The Peak shopping centre tender

Dairy Farm Guilford Road Shopping Centre has been operating for more than 50 years.

CBRE has been appointed by the owner as the sole agent for the public tender of the entire commercial portion of Dairy Farm Guildford Road Shopping Centre at 2-4 Watford Road, The Peak.

The shopping centre has held a landmark status within the local community for more than 50 years, CBRE said.

The property is a 2-storey retail podium with approximately 8,974 square feet of gross floor area and features multiple carparking spaces.

It is currently 100% leased out to various tenants, including Wellcome Supermarket, real estate agencies, and a café.

The tender will close on 19 November at 12 PM.
