Colliers to sell prime Shun Tak Centre offices via public tender
The tender closing date is on 16 October.
Colliers has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of multiple office units at Shun Tak Centre via public tender.
According to Colliers, the units, including 1501, 1502, 1510, 1511, 1512A, and 1512B, are located on the 15th floor of the West Tower. These will be sold on an "as-is" vacant possession basis.
The portfolio comprises approximately 10,011 square feet of gross floor area. Most units face the Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal, featuring views of the Victoria Harbour and the city skyline.
Shun Tak Centre is located atop the Sheung Wan MTR station and adjacent to the bus terminus and Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal.
The building features a six-storey podium shopping mall with a wide array of restaurants, banks and retail shops. The central elevated walkway links the second floor of the mall to key districts in Central and Sheung Wan.
“With the implementation of the Hong Kong Government's Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, more Mainland professionals are relocating to Hong Kong, driving demand for office space,” Colliers said.
“Investors are encouraged to seize this opportunity to acquire prime assets for self-use or leasing, with the potential for stable rental income and capital appreciation as the global economy continues to recover,” it added.
