Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (Sun Life) today announced the launch of its patient-centric premium healthcare ecosystem, supported by CUHK Medical Centre, Gleneagles Hong Kong. and HKSH Medical Group (HKSH). Through the eSun Pro medical concierge service provided by HealthMutual Group (HMG), Sun Life will provide clients with end-to-end support, including pre-treatment planning, healthcare resource matching, and medical administrative assistance. The service helps clients navigate treatment options, understand anticipated medical costs and insurance coverage, and make better-informed healthcare decisions before treatment begins.

The initiative places patients at the centre of the healthcare journey, supporting three critical stages: consultation, treatment, and recovery. Through the eSun Pro Medical Concierge Service, participating hospitals will benefit from tailored healthcare resource matching, appointment coordination, and cross-institutional administrative support. This aims to enhance healthcare information transparency, facilitate timely access to appropriate care and simplify healthcare financing arrangements, helping individuals steer their healthcare journey with greater certainty and peace of mind, whilst contributing to the long-term sustainability of the healthcare system.
