Nominations are now ongoing for the HKB Management Excellence Awards 2022

Organisations can submit entries until 7 October 2022.

Hong Kong’s 2022 plans show the government’s commitment to economic recovery, with the management of the pandemic and the raising of electronic consumption vouchers amongst its priorities. This is amidst a challenging global economic situation brought by geopolitical tensions, inflationary measures, amongst others.

With most organisations expected to ride the wave of digitalisation, they will need focused and committed leaders with a strong vision to guide them towards the right direction. Leaders will need to stay true to their purpose more than ever amidst an uncertain economic environment.

Hong Kong Business recognises the efforts of business leaders as it formally opens nominations for this year’s HKB Management Excellence Awards. The awards programme will highlight the city's most outstanding leaders, innovators, and teams whose initiatives have significantly enhanced their business profiles.

It will also recognise employee engagement and COVID management activities that had a beneficial impact on the workforce or on customers.

Past winners include top-level executives, teams, and outstanding employee engagement initiatives from Crypto.com, Fusion Bank Ltd, Insta Specialist, QBE Hong Kong, DCH Auriga HK Ltd, Traxon Technologies Limited, Lacoste, Phaidon International, and many others.

“[The award] really means a lot because all of the contributions that I have made. It is really a true honour for Hong Kong Business magazine to acknowledge these contributions that I've been providing to the company and also to the industry,” said Jason Lau, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Crypto.com. He was recognised with the Executive of the Year for Data Privacy award in the HKB Management Excellence Awards 2021.

The deadline for submission of entries is on 7 October 2022, whilst the awards presentation will take place virtually on November 2022. An elite panel of judges will carefully evaluate the submissions.
