Hong Kong Business welcomes nominations for the Made in Hong Kong Awards and Designed in Hong Kong Awards 2022

Deadline for entries will be on 28 October 2022.

Whilst Hong Kong’s economy has recently seen a boost in business activities amidst easing of restrictions and the distribution of consumption vouchers, it is also in a challenging position given the uncertainties with inflation, geopolitics, and public health.

Organisations are now compelled to ride the wave on digitisation and online channels, with most opportunities now coming from the digital realm. This adoption is expected to help the industry and the economy recover much better and more evenly.

With this, Hong Kong Business is now officially accepting nominations for this year’s Made in Hong Kong Awards and Designed in Hong Kong Awards. The awards programme, which is now in its 5th year, aims to recognise exceptional products that are proudly manufactured and designed in Hong Kong.

The awards programme is open to all Hong Kong-registered local and international manufacturing firms that produce game-changing business-to-consumer and business-to-business products.

Products should have been publicly released over the last 24 calendar months to be eligible for the awards programme. Those that are launched prior to the said period can still be nominated as long as they have undergone recent improvements.

Firms can submit their entries until 28 October 2022. An esteemed panel of judges will carefully deliberate the submissions and winners will be honoured at virtual awarding presentations in November 2022.
