The company won the Employee Engagement of the Year - Executive Search award at the HKB Management Excellence Awards 2021.

Phaidon International has played an instrumental role in the growth and development of its integrated employee network since its inception in 2004, building on its crucial pillars of learning and development to support the success of its employees.

Its diligent and proactive employee engagement initiatives have been recognised, as the company clinched the Employee Engagement of the Year - Executive Search award at the HKB Management Excellence Awards 2021.
