HK Express adds daily Hong Kong–Wuxi flights starting July
The new route expands the airline’s Chinese Mainland network to seven destinations with 22 weekly return flights.
HK Express Airways announced the introduction of daily direct flights between Hong Kong and Wuxi Shuofang Airport (WUX), starting 17 July.
The new service expands HK Express’s network in the Yangtze River Delta, bringing its total Chinese Mainland destinations to seven, including Changzhou, Ningbo, Yiwu, Beijing, Sanya, and Guiyang. The airline will operate 22 return flights per week across the region.
Flights from Hong Kong to Wuxi will depart at 16:15, arriving at 18:45 daily, whilst the return service will leave Wuxi at 19:45, arriving in Hong Kong at 22:20.
To mark the launch, HK Express is offering a limited-time promotion with “Ultra Lite” one-way fares starting from $68, covering all Chinese Mainland routes.
Booking opens from 10:00 on 2 April to 23:45 on 5 April via the HK Express website, mobile app, and WeChat mini-program, the airline announced. Travel periods for Wuxi are from 17 July to 24 October, and for other Mainland destinations from 13 April to 24 October.
Wuxi, located in southeast Jiangsu Province, features attractions including the Yuantouzhu scenic area and the ancient Grand Canal.
HK Express said the route aims to provide travellers with increased flexibility for multi-city trips across the Yangtze River Delta.
