Cathay Cargo enhances courier solution for small urgent shipments

The update offers enhanced track-and-trace options for customers.

Cathay Pacific Cargo has partnered with its general sales agent Linex to enhance its Cathay Courier solution, improving transparency of its small, urgent shipments and improving transparency. 

The update offers enhanced track-and-trace options for customers, allowing piece level tracking via greater visibility for customers, allowing piece-level tracking via Linex and air waybill tracking on the Cathay Cargo website.

Cathay Courier provides businesses access to its network with high priority "flown as booked" assurance. It offers both airport-to-airport service and first- and last-mile collection and delivery options.

The solution is flexible, with a booking window closing 240 minutes before departure and an acceptance window for documents and shipments up to 32 kg closing 90 minutes before departure.
