Comba Telecom dwindles in H1 2024 with $157m loss

Revenue also decreased by 27.4% to $2.3b.

Comba Telecom turned to a loss on a year-on-year (YoY) basis to $157.3m (down 227.5%) in the first six months of the year (H1 2024), previously $123.4m profit.

The company also reported a 27.4% year-on-year decrease in revenue to $2.3b, attributable to the slowdown of construction plans by global telecom operators. 

Loss attributable to owners of the company stood at $158.4m, whilst loss per share stood at 5.73 Hong Kong cents, respectively.

No interim dividend for the current period will be given out.
