HKExnews website is back online

Trading in HKEx’s securities and derivatives markets continued to operate normally during the interruption.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited activated the Bulletin Board (www.bulletinboard.hk) for issuers’ information disclosure during the incident on 10 August 2011. The bulletin board will continue operation in parallel with the HKExnews website today.

HKEx is investigating the cause of the problem and has referred the incident to the Police and the Securities and Futures Commission.
