CLP Power to set up fee-paying EV charging services
Details will be announced through notices at relevant parking lots.
CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP Power) has announced plans to introduce fee-paying electric vehicle (EV) charging services in 2025 in line with market development.
To promote the wider use of EVs in Hong Kong, CLP Power has established EV charging stations in major areas of Kowloon, the New Territories, and Lantau for public use for free since 2009.
With the EV charging service market maturing, most of the charging stations have implemented charge service fees.
Further details of the fee-charging arrangements will be announced through notices at relevant parking lots in due course.
