Securities & Futures Appeals Tribunal names 12 new members
The appointees to replace outgoing members for two years starting April 1.
Twelve new members have been appointed to the Securities & Futures Appeals Tribunal for two years from April 1.
They are Prof Eric Chang, Vincent Chin, Chu Koh-ann, Dr Hu Zhanghong, Miranda Kwok, Kevin Lam, Cynthia Lim, James Lin, Michael Liu, Prof Low Chee-keong, Anna Wong and Wendy Yung, according to a Securities & Futures Appeals Tribunal report.
The 13 serving members that have been reappointed are Clement Chan, Florence Chan, Henry Cheong, Susanna Chiu, Vincent Chui, Edward Kwan, Larry Kwok, Dr Cynthia Lam, Alastair Murray, Cynthia Tang, Philip Tsai, Frederick Tsang and Stanley Wong.
The Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau thanked outgoing members Prof Simon Ho, Prof Richard Ho, Ronald Kung, Catherine Leung, Joseph Pang, Michael Sze, Richard Thornhill, Reverend Paul Tong and Henry Wu for their contributions.
