A commercial building in North Point is now up for sale via a public tender.

According to CBRE, the property's sole agent, No. 321 Java Road, North Point (formerly known as: Kodak House Phase 1) is valued at $1b.

Located at the Java Road and Healthy Street East intersection, the asset has a plot ratio GFA of 153,985 sq. ft. and an average unit price of $6,500 per sq. ft. 

It has 13 floors and a basement car park providing 27 parking spaces. Certain floors have a ceiling height of 6.8 meters and feature independent entrances, lobbies, and parking areas.

Purchase of the entire building grants naming and signage installation rights. The tender is up until 12 noon on Thursday, 5 December.
