Gov’t registers 24 land transactions in Q3

The transactions realised a total land premium of  $1.89b.

The Lands Department registered 22 lease modifications and two land exchanges in the Land Registry in Q3 2024.

Of the 22 lease modifications, five were technical changes involving no premium.

Of the land transactions, six were located on Hong Kong Island, whilst 14 were in Kowloon and four were in the New Territories.

These transactions generated a total land premium of approximately $1.89b.

There were no private treaty grants during the period.
