Evergrande stalls 2023 annual results release

The company also warned of possible delays in the 2023 report distribution.

China Evergrande Group will delay the release of its 2023 annual results as liquidators work to determine the company's current state of affairs.

Due to the postponement in the release of the 2023 annual results, the company has informed its shareholders that there may also be delays in the distribution of the 2023 annual report.

Under the HKEX listing rules, companies must publish their annual results no later than three months after the end of the financial year.

Additionally, companies must dispatch their corresponding annual reports no later than four months after the end of the financial year.

Meanwhile, the company also announced that trading of its shares remains suspended until further notice.
