Gov’t issues  three pre-sale consents for residential developments in Q3

The developments will provide 213 residential units.

The government issued three pre-sale consents for residential developments involving 213 units in Q3.

Two of the developments, one with 135 units in Tai Po and the other with 40 units in Sai Kung, are expected to be completed this year.

Meanwhile, the development in Ap Lei Chau with 38 units is expected to be completed next year.

As of September, 31 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments, comprising a total of 17,642 residential units, were being processed.

In addition, the department is handling five applications for consent to assign, involving 2,742 residential units and two non-residential units as well as three applications for pre-sale consent for non-residential developments.
