DDoS attacks in Hong Kong see drop after 3Q24 surge

Hong Kong accounts for 6% of attacks in APAC.

DDoS attacks in Hong Kong have become less frequent after being one of the most heavily targeted in 3Q24, along with South Korea.

In a report, Stormwall revealed that Hong Kong now only accounts for 6% of DDoS attacks in the Asia Pacific.

Meanwhile, Stormwall said places like Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Mainland are prone to a higher proportion of DDoS attacks due to their friendly ties with Russia.
