HKPC organised 700 FutureSkills training courses with 30,000 students

It also arranged 68 in-house training sessions for employees.

The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) delivered more than 700 FutureSkills training courses with over 30,000 participants between 2021 and 2022 to enhance competitiveness, foster career development, and encourage team spirit and a balanced lifestyle.

The organisation's 2021-2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report also stated it organised 68 in-house training sessions for employees, with over 7,600 training hours.

HKPC trained 72 tertiary students through its Winter and Summer InnoTalent Programmed to prepare them for joining the city's innovation and technology industry and held 108 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities for more than 5,300 students and teachers from over 100 schools.

HKPC also organised other events between 2021 and 2022, including InnoWalkathon, the Wellness March programme, sports activities, and stress-relieving workshops, to enhance the employees' well-being.
