A pay increase of 6.16% to 7.24% will be back dated to April 1.
The 6.16% pay increase will be for civil servants in the lower and middle salary bands.
Meanwhile the 7.24% pay increase will be for civil servants in the upper salary band and the directorate.
According to news.gov.hk, the offers have been made to the staff sides of the four civil service central consultative councils.
