Benson Chao is Director of Corporate Communications at SAP Hong Kong. For over two decades, he has advised and spearheaded corporations from diverse industries including conglomerate, printed media, TV broadcaster, themed park and cruise liner, to communicate coherent and engaging narratives with external and internal audiences. He has led regional and local teams to orchestrate cross-functional campaigns, guided decision-makers and stakeholders to connect the dots on communications issues within the boarder framework of business operations.

Billy Chan leads New Business for Twilio in Asia, driving the company's international expansion and partnering with enterprises to deliver personalised customer engagement on a global scale. With over a decade of experience in the technology and communications industry, he has a proven track record of driving innovation, market growth and delivering customer impact across diverse markets.
Throughout his professional journey, Chan has played a crucial role in empowering businesses to transform their digital strategies and improving customer engagement across various communication channels and contact centres. Prior to joining Twilio, he built Logitech’s Hong Kong’s Video Collaboration sales and channels from scratch. He has also held key positions at Avaya and PwC.
Chan graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.

Blake Larson
Blake Larson is the Managing Director, International at Lalamove. He spent his career leading teams and overseeing operations during periods of exponential growth for both Fortune 500 companies and tech start-ups across four continents. In his current role, Blake oversees operations across Asia, including in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and India.
Formerly, Blake served as the Managing Director of Rocket Internet’s Easy Taxi in Hong Kong and oversaw Business Development in the region from 2013 to 2014. He helped establish the business as one of the market leaders in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Singapore. Prior to that, Blake co- ounded and served as the managing director of Air Crew Club, a global marketplace for airline employees, from 2012 to 2013. Blake also served at the Clinton Foundation in their Global Health Finance Department in 2012. His primary role was to work with local government and funding partners to drive operational improvements to lower the cost of treatment.
Brian Lavall�e
Brian Lavallée is the Senior Director of Portfolio Marketing with global responsibility for Ciena’s Packet and Submarine networking solutions. Brian has over 20 years of telecommunications experience with past roles in Product Line Management, Systems Engineering, Research & Development, and Manufacturing. During his career, he has worked in various areas of optical networking including access, metro, regional, long-haul, and submarine networks. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Concordia University and an MBA in Marketing from McGill University, both located in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
Brian Lo
Brian Lo is the general manager at Deliveroo Hong Kong & Taiwan, the leading on-demand food delivery platform founded in London in 2013. Brian launched Deliveroo Hong Kong in late 2015 and has rapidly grown the business across the region, employing hundreds of riders and partnering with over 4,000 of the city’s favourite restaurants to give customers the best food delivery experience in the world. Brian also launched Deliveroo Taiwan in September 2018. Brian is responsible for everything from operations to staff development to maintaining relationships with clients and customers.
Prior to joining Deliveroo, Brian was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he specialised in working with large corporations around the globe to improve their overall capabilities and performance. Brian graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics, finance and management.
