Shana L. Lam
Shana L. Lam is an Executive Director who oversees the Rating and Taxation Division. She undertakes and co-ordinates reviews of valuation-based statutory assessments (principally Rates and Government Rent assessments) and object on behalf of clients, where appropriate. Other than Rating and Taxation valuation, she is also engaged in rent reviews and valuation assignments for litigation purposes, with a prime focus on acting as expert witness.
As a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years' experience, she has acted for many of Hong Kong's leading ratepayers and has advised on rating assessments in excess of $50b in rateable value and government rent. Her clients include many multi-national corporations that have properties covering all sorts of classes, including commercial buildings, retail arcades, theme parks, tunnels, telecommunication networks, car parks, cargo logistic terminals, petrol filling stations, etc.
Lam joined CBRE in 2012.

Stephen Smith
Stephen has worked successfully as a coach, facilitator, and development consultant in a dozen countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Formerly Complaints Manager and Management Development Consultant for an international financial services company, he established his own training and consultancy business in the UK and has coached and trained thousands of individuals. In 2011 he successfully expanded the business to Hong Kong and joined Right as a senior consultant in 2012.
